About You:

The global privacy program is seeking a highly motivated individual capable of working independently to partner with Ford's Privacy Office as a Sr. Project Manager (PM).

What You'll Do:

• In this role the Sr. PM will be responsible for working with the Privacy Office, internal and external resources on privacy initiatives such as the EU Data Act, E-privacy, etc.,
• Maintain detailed workstreams and tasks related to the privacy program initiatives and providing status and progress to various management levels and the Privacy Office Program Manager.
• The Sr. PM will be required to take direction from multiple sources (Chief Privacy Officer, Privacy Office team members, and Program Manager) and properly prioritize their tasks to achieve success of the program.
• The Sr. PM will work independently with various skill teams and applications to identify stakeholders, define requirements, and establish project timelines. What You'll Need:
  • Highly experienced in project management
  • High level communication skills
  • High level of organization, able to accept direction from multiple sources and ability to prioritize
  • Capability of working independently
    • To investigate and identify key stakeholders
    • Communicate with stakeholders of overall Privacy Program direction
    • Facilitate workshops (working sessions) to gather requirements or disseminate privacy requirements
    • Establishing road maps and milestones for all projects related to global privacy program
    • Continual follow up with stakeholders to ensure program progresses to plan
    • Ability to provide an enterprise view of regulations and the privacy program
      • Current / Future state of Policies
      • Current / Future state of Projects
      • Current/ Future state of Regulations
      • Ability to communicate progress, risk, issues, help needed, and recommend escalation to management (L1, L2, CPO) when necessary
      • Develop a strategic point of view for the corporate responsibilities to be become compliant with evolving privacy regulations
        • Strategic steps to prepare for upcoming regulations
        • Areas of impact from new programs/regulations
        • Identify potential risks and points of failure to keep the enterprise from being compliant
        • Continually work with CPO, OGC and Privacy Office to identify areas to be addressed in the global privacy program
        • Ability to create and maintain documentation using various tools:
          • Microsoft Suite (including Visio)
          • Jira Service Desk
          • SharePoint
            • OneTrust software, e.g., Privacy Impact Assessment and Data Inventory Mapping modules a plus.
