do:We are looking for an Engineering Operations Manager that is
passionate about software and cloud engineering, to build the
next-gen data services - based on the latest big data and at-scale
cloud technologies.You will be responsible for all areas within
quality engineering at Ford, helping to build and oversee the
testing organization and infrastructure for our products. You will
improve and maintain essential software quality frameworks for

designing automation frameworks, and leading the implementation of
test strategies, test plans & test execution of the product. Set

approaches.Minimum Requirements we seek:
- Bachelors degree
- 3+ years of experience in software quality testing
- 3+ years of experience in Devops or Software Automation

- A track record leading efforts to enhance and make the testing
process more efficient.
- Experience evaluating, selecting, and formulating best usage of
test automation tools.
- Strong in supporting engineers on challenges related to
scalability, reliability, performance, and efficiency of
- Experience organizing and structuring engineering services to
efficiently facilitate the performance of business operations. By
focusing on ongoing, continuous improvement, product, and process
