Job Description - Vice President, Learning Design and Delivery (03E4S) Requisition Title : Vice President, Learning Design and Delivery ( 03E4S ) US-MI-Dearborn SummaryThe Vice President of Learning Design and Delivery is responsible for meeting the organization's targeted Training goals across North America, LATAM, South America, Asia-Pacific, and Europe. The Vice President will directly manage the regional leaders, assisting in developing new initiatives that positively impact performance - from training and nesting to operations. This role will support and develop direct reports to increase the capability of the overall team. Additionally, this role will be responsible for leading our Instructional Design Team, Training Project Management, and Training Analytics group. Works in support of Operational partners to develop and deliver superior training programs and drive a culture of training excellence, training innovation, and superior learning performance for the specified client program(s).Responsibilities

  • Articulate a comprehensive end-to-end L&D strategy and roadmap that enables talent growth and development required to deliver on Percepta's core business objectives & key results (OKRs). Partner with the business/executive leadership and key HR stakeholders in the ongoing review of these strategies and ensure learning solutions evolve with Percepta's strategic goals and support the desired performance outcomes
  • Drive new & innovative, and measurable learning solutions with a focus on continuous and multigenerational upskilling/ reskilling and building upon established L&D programs and offerings; Relentlessly track and evaluate program effectiveness for both new and established initiatives to drive continuous improvement
  • Serve as Percepta's lead L&D professional and provide subject matter expertise in the areas of - digital learning, eLearning, and other progressive delivery channels
  • Identify linkages and ensure effective integration of learning & development practices with strategic talent & enterprise-wide HR initiatives (career development, performance enablement, key talent development, strategic workforce planning, employee/leader onboarding, etc.)
  • Understand emerging skill needs, make connections between Percepta employees' capabilities and organizational requirements & gaps, and provide employees with the right L&D offerings
  • Provide leadership to our Training Delivery, Instructional Design, Training Project Management, and Training Analytics Groups throughout the operational program lifecycle - requirements gathering, -instructional design, training delivery for new and existing programs, and performance measurement
  • Partner closely with the Operations and Client Services teams to develop and execute strategies to evolve and scale the Training Delivery groups (while being focused intently on achieving excellence in the customer experience)
  • Lead our Training organization to ensure we deliver best-in-class training experiences, including onboarding, product training, technical training, ongoing development, and upskilling across teams based on identified needs
  • Lead the Training organization to ensure our systems and processes accurately measure critical-to-success behaviors and provide actional data and insights to the leadership team
  • Develop and produce daily/weekly/monthly reports on Training and Instructional Design KPIs
  • Provide clear strategies on how we drive continual improvement and elevate the employee and customer experience
  • Coach, inspire, and motivate your team to achieve our goals and develop in their careers
  • Collaborate with key business partners and stakeholders to drive the right outcomes for our operationsEducation
    • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant or related field (i.e. Human Resources, Business, Education, Psychology) requiredExperience
      • 15+ years in the learning and development domain
      • Experience and success delivering training to virtual audiences
      • Demonstrated experience driving performance and bringing innovation to the training & curriculum development function
      • Demonstrated performance in digital learning, eLearning, and other progressive delivery channels
      • Expertise across a variety of learning technologies and platforms, including LMS, LXP, Knowledge Base, Social Learning technologies, and the associated reporting and analytics capabilities of these systems
      • Experience working in (BPO) Industry preferred
      • Experience with Curriculum Development/Instructional Design
      • Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various KPI reporting
      • Proven experience in building strong consultative partnerships with diverse people across multiple functions and global locationsSkills
        • Knowledge of adult learning, ensuring the application of effective training principles
        • Ability to lead and partner successfully with teams, management, and clients/stakeholders
        • Excellent written/verbal and presentation skills
        • Expert-level analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, using data/analytics to get to root cause/improvement opportunities
        • Demonstrated thought leadership and continuous learning in the field
        • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, coaching, communication, and consulting skills
        • Initiative-taker with strong results orientation and success in moving the business toward long-term goals
        • Strategic thinker with the ability to dig in -and makes things move/happen
