Currently, we are seeking a Strategy Manager to work with team members at our Dearborn, Michigan location!What you'll be able to do:

• Manage development of transformational strategies by using Ford's strategic framework and documenting results, which includes:
• Strategic decision making from an enterprise point of view, through externally-informed insights
• Lead targeted studies to address key strategic issues, such as partnerships opportunities, scale-up plans, and new business opportunity assessments, include build vs. buy vs. partner
• Support development of Ford's strategic AV and Mobility plan
• Participate in development and analysis of strategic alternatives for our AV and Mobility businesses and potential new businesses
• Support the identification of both existing and whitespace opportunities in the mobility landscape
• Work with global business units and headquarters-based functional teams to ensure enterprise alignment on mobility strategy
• Organize and participate in key strategic studies and internal workshops in the mobility space
• Work with affected activities and subject matter experts to plan, develop and deliver regular reviews and updates to mobility governance forumsThe minimum requirements we seek:
  • Master's degree or MBA
  • Five or more years of experience in business operations, business analytics, management consulting, strategic operationsOur preferred requirements:
    • Five or more years of experience in e-commerce, loyalty or marketplaces
    • Results-oriented and data-driven leader, striking a balance between bias to action and working towards long-term strategy
    • Experience in Marketplace business and e-commerce
    • Demonstrated business acumen, strategic thinking and analytical skill
    • Ability to provide fact-based analysis of complex issues
    • Thought leadership and consultative approach
    • Creative approaches to problem solving, opportunity assessment and depiction
    • Ability to frame and explain complex ideas and concepts in accessible language, formats and frameworks
    • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to work in an unstructured environment, yet bring structure to the task and team
    • Ability to collaborate well with a cross-functional and geographically diverse team to develop buy-in and consensus that drives progress and results
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic team-based environment
