Job Description: At Direct Connection , we are driven by

performance. As an OEM division plays a key role in advancing

of performance and racing disciplines. We are seeking a highly
motivated Engineer to support the design, development, integration,
and optimization of performance technologies across our
motorsport’s programs. This role bridges engineering development,
validation, and releasing support to deliver competitive
performance on and off the track parts . As the Direct Co nnection
Engineer ing Specialist , you will play a crucial role in applying
advanced engineering principles to create and optimize
high-performance engines . This involves a deep understanding of
powertrains, specifically high-performance gasoline engines to
ensure peak performance, reliability, and competitiveness.
Responsibilities include analyzing performance data and
collaborating with broader engineering teams to develop and
implement technical solutions , utilizing simulation tools and
testing to validate performance . As well as o ngoing product
support: Product updates after launch (hardware and software), CAD,
BOM and Change Notice ( WebCN ) management, engineering systems
updates (MPMS, JTETSO, TeamCenter , CoDeP…etc.) . Key
Responsibilities: Support development and integration of
race-specific components, systems, and setups. Perform data
acquisition and analysis from test session s Collaborate with
internal and external cross-functional teams (design, calibration,
electronics, manufacturing and suppliers ) to ensure component and
system readiness. Conduct engine and vehicle dynamometer testing to
validate recommend performance . Maintain detailed documentation of
testing procedures, findings, and performance metrics. Liaise with
suppliers and technical partners to ensure alignment of
specifications and goals. Provide technical specification support
