Job Description:

secure. We are looking for a seasoned HVAC Controls Systems
Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be
pivotal in designing advanced systems that enhance operational
efficiencies and sustainability in buildings globally. Your designs
will contribute directly to our mission of transforming the
environments where people live, work, learn, and play. Design HVAC
control systems to meet client specifications and regulatory
standards. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to
integrate HVAC systems with other building systems. Develop
detailed schematics and blueprints using CAD and other design
software. Conduct system calculations to ensure efficiency, safety,
and compliance. Stay abreast of technological advancements and
changes in relevant regulations. Provide technical support to the
installation and maintenance teams during and after project
deployment. Proficiency with HVAC design and modeling tools such as
AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM. Strong understanding of building codes,
standards, and building structures. Ability to work collaboratively
in a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent
communication skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified HVAC Designer (CHD) LEED
Accreditation is a plus.
