The Senior Superintendent will be responsible for managing on-site safety, adhering to project specifications, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring that construction progresses according to the schedule. This role involves collaboration with multiple internal departments, conducting progress meetings, managing inspections, and implementing proactive change management strategies. The ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience in construction management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex projects.
