Type: Full-Time Location: Lansing, MI 48911 Position Summary As an
Automotive Mobile Service Technician, you will perform vehicle
repairs and maintenance according to dealer and factory standards
in a mobile service environment. This role requires technical
skill, attention to detail, and excellent customer communication.
Key Responsibilities Perform repair and maintenance work as
outlined on repair orders at customer locations. Coordinate with
the Parts Department to obtain necessary parts promptly. Record and
document all work performed accurately. Conduct quality checks to
ensure work meets company and factory standards. Maintain
cleanliness of customers' vehicles after service. Adhere to safety
and housekeeping policies and procedures. Stay updated on factory
technical bulletins and attend training sessions. Ensure compliance
with federal, state, and local regulations related to automotive
service work. Work Schedule This position may require evening,
weekend, and holiday work hours as necessary. About LaFontaine

Passion. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a satisfactory
Motor Vehicle Report (MVR). Michigan Mechanic Certification
required. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to read
and comprehend technical instructions and repair manuals. Strong
communication skills and professional personal appearance. Ability
to meet company production and quality standards. Willingness to
work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Skills and
Personal Attributes Commitment to customer satisfaction and quality
workmanship. Ability to follow management directions and company
policies, including non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements.
Positive attitude and ability to work well with others,
contributing to a constructive work environment. Physical
capability to perform job duties, including occasionally climbing,
