Job Description:
Job Description: The Specialist, Media Operations will support
data-driven media and optimization for Dealers, ensuring the
accuracy and effectiveness of their online media campaigns. The
Specialist will work closely with internal teams and vendor
partners to enhance the advertising media program, Advantage. This
program is deeply rooted in digital capabilities and data
management. This person will need to be forward-thinking, as we
continue to evolve immersive digital, automated, cross-channel
solutions. Essential Job Functions: Support day-to-day processes,
coordination, and execution of assigned projects. Work within ad
serving platforms to manage digital media campaigns. Troubleshoot
all online advertising technical issues and questions that affect
tracking, implementation, or reporting. Provide URL parameter
requirements to partners for proper web analytics measurement. Work
with internal teams to create/coordinate content to be used for
marketing, executive meetings, presentations, or training. Assist
with multiple projects, working with teams to resolve issues and
identify areas of concern or opportunity. Contribute to and/or
develop presentations related to assigned project area of focus.
Support development of program or project updates as needed.
Identify and understand emerging technologies, if applicable for
assigned projects. Stay up-to-date on reporting, data or metrics
for assigned projects and provide insight and recommendations.
Other Responsibilities: Abide by the policies, procedures, and Code
of Conduct of the company. Handle personal information ("PI") that
pertains to any individual (e.g., leads, dealers, employees, job
applicants, etc.) in accordance with the Privacy Policy and public
facing privacy statements on managed websites. Complete any
required training. Promptly report any known or suspected loss,
theft or unauthorized disclosure or use of PI to the General
Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer or Chief Information Officer.
Adhere to the company's compliance program. Safeguard the company's
intellectual property, information, and assets. Other duties as
assigned. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements: Digital
Marketing experience (2+ years). Experience working within a
digital trafficking/Media Ops role (2+ years). Ad/Media operations
experience required Project coordination experience delivering on
customer business needs (2+ years). Experience with automotive
projects is a plus. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Knowledge of
digital media systems and tools (i.e. ad servers, attribution,
tagging, etc.). Ability to respond quickly and efficiently to
requests. Analytical in nature with a passion for using data to
identify opportunities for growth. Do not change below SKAs
Proactively problem-solve and multitask while maintaining composure
and attention to detail. Follow-through mindset to uphold a 'close
the loop' culture. A positive approach to serving customers and
providing exceptional customer service. Ability to demonstrate good
judgment, high ethics and project a professional image. Ability to
work independently and as a collaborative team member with a
positive 'can do' attitude. The drive to identify and seize
opportunities for continuous improvement as business needs
change.
