Job Title: Technologist Profession: Technologist Specialty: Computed Tomography (CT) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8 hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) Experience: 2 years of CT experience required License: Michigan license verification required for certain positions Certifications: ARRT (CT), BLS (AHA) Must-Have: - Philips experience - Venipuncture and contrast administration - 3D imaging experience (highly preferred) Description: In accordance with established professional and departmental standards and procedures, performs computerized axial tomography procedures on adult patients under the guidance of a radiologist. Venipuncture and contrast administration validation is required within one month of the hire date. Ability to work as a contributing member of a highly functioning, cooperative, and efficient team is essential. Excellent communication skills are required. The ability to work independently is necessary. A skills checklist completed within one year of application for specialties is preferred, though not required for all professions.
