Job Description Job Description Now Hiring: Recertification Specialist / Leasing Consultant Cleveland, OH $18–$20/hour (based on experience) Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Are you organized, people-friendly, and good with details? We’re looking for a Recertification Specialist / Leasing Consultant to join our team at a tax credit property in Cleveland! This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a company and turn a temporary role into a long-term career. What You’ll Be Doing Handle annual and interim recertifications for residents Collect, review, and verify income and household information Ensure files are accurate and compliant with tax credit guidelines Assist with leasing duties, including tours and applications Provide friendly, professional customer service to current and future residents Work closely with management to keep operations running smoothly ?
