Deduction Management Analyst , you will be responsible for managing
trade spend forecasting, execution, and deduction resolution for
key accounts. This role ensures financial accuracy, supports sales
performance, and drives timely resolution of trade-related
discrepancies. Job Title: Trade Spend & Deduction Management
Analyst Location: Wayne, PA 19087 Salary: $25-$30/hr. Key
Responsibilities Trade Spend Management: Enter and maintain
shipment forecasts and trade spend data in the client's Trade
Investment Management (TIM) system. Translate data from internal
portals to client platforms with precision and accuracy. Deduction
Analysis & Resolution: Review trade deductions and allocate them to
the correct category, customer, and event within the TIM system.
Investigate unplanned or invalid charges and communicate findings
to internal stakeholders for resolution. Partner with sales leads
to research and reconcile deductions with key customers. Financial
Reconciliation: Reconcile actual trade spend against client
financial reports to ensure alignment and accuracy. Support timely
deduction clearance to maintain accurate financial reporting.
Documentation & Compliance: Retrieve brand and trade documentation
from client SharePoint sites and upload to internal systems.
Maintain organized records for audit and compliance purposes.
Client & Internal Collaboration: Serve as a primary point of
contact for deduction-related inquiries. Collaborate with internal
teams and client partners to resolve issues efficiently. Core

Thinking: Ability to interpret data, identify discrepancies, and
recommend solutions. Organizing & Planning: Manage multiple

Management: Maximize efficiency and productivity in a fast-paced
environment. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree or
equivalent experience required. Experience: Minimum 3 years in
deduction management, collections, accounting, or related financial
roles. Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables,
VLOOKUP, data analysis) and PowerPoint . Strong organizational and
prioritization abilities. Excellent verbal and written
communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
Intellectual curiosity and adaptability to changing priorities.
Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive problem-solving. Work
Environment Hybrid schedule: In-office Tuesday-Thursday (or 3
days/week), remainder remote. Minimal travel as needed. Equal
