Bank.GENERAL FUNCTION:Responsible and accountable for risk by
openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and
personally following policies and procedures as defined.
Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and
colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive
customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk
appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing,
managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types. Works
mostly self-directed, with minimal supervisory oversight. Also
works within department and cross-department teams.As a member of
the Compliance Governance and Risk Programs team, you will support
the Compliance Risk Management (CRM) division through the design
and implementation of key strategies and initiatives.ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required;
- 5+ years' experience as Compliance Officer or equivalent work
experience;
- Assists with the collection and preparation of reporting and
other documentation for committees and in support of other
governance routines on behalf of the Compliance division;
- Regularly reviews, revises, standardizes, and maintains
inventories of all CRM policies and procedures;
- Assists with the Bancorp Annual Compliance Training process,
which includes facilitating project team meetings, working with key
representatives from all lines of business and functional/support
areas, Compliance subject matter experts, up to and including
senior leadership, and outside vendors to determine course
assignments and deliver appropriate and accurate course content to
all employees and contractors;
- Assists with the internal CRM staff employee development
program;
- Assists with a variety of projects supporting CRM employees and
their productivity such as SharePoint, Archer and other
technologies;
- Assists with managing examinations and audits that require CRM
participation;
- Assists with managing enterprise risk programs such as issues
management, key risk indicator management, change management,
self-assessments, etc.;
- Partners and builds relationships with internal and external
business partners;
- Assists with the communication strategy and implementation for
Risk Management;
- Possesses intermediate or advanced technical skills,
specifically in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Excel, Word, and
PowerPoint. Experience working with additional Microsoft products
such as PowerApps, Power BI, and other related tools
preferred;
- Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills.
Effectively communicates upward, downward and laterally. Displays a
positive business presence with management and external
contacts;
- Possesses strong project management skills and can coordinate
with business partners with minimal oversight; and
- Demonstrates sound judgment and applies logical and critical
thought processes when developing and recommending solutions.This
position will be posted through 5/7SUPERVISORY
RESPONSIBILITIES:This position does not currently have direct
